I go to bed same time each night
I do the same routine before I turn out the light
I brush my teeth, I get a nice warm shower
I read a book for half an hour
I put on my PJs and get a drink of water
Then wiggle into bed like a big fat otter
Mom comes in for a kiss and a hug
She turns out the light and I’m snug as a bug

I’m getting my zs on
Till my alarm goes beep
Getting my zs on
I need a good night’s sleep

I gotta get my sleep - every night
I don’t feel good if I don't get it right
Whenever I break the sleepy time code
I'm gonna wake up in zombie mode
- za za za zombie mode

I feel so draggy, I'm grumpy and rude
I'm rubbing my eyes. I've got a bad attitude
My head's on the desk in a puddle of drool
A zombie can't do well in school!
